NFL Strength of Schedule

NFL Fantasy Playoffs Strength of Schedule (SoS)

Each team’s Strength of Schedule (SOS) displays the relative ease or difficulty of their matchups for the 2022 NFL season.

SOS is measured by calculating the fantasy points allowed by each team’s opponents last season to determine who has the easiest and most difficult fantasy schedules. Teams with the easiest schedules face opponents with the highest fantasy points allowed (rank #1 has the easiest schedule, 32 has the most difficult.

SoS = Strength of Schedule (1 = easiest)

Methodology: The following rankings are based on the overall fantasy points allowed by week during the prior NFL regular season and for a team’s opponents in Weeks 14-17. Low numbers indicate an easier schedule for the team’s quarterbacks, running backs, receivers and tight ends in the typical fantasy playoff weeks.

These rankings do not take into account Kicker, DST or IDP scoring, and are only intended as a quick reference for your fantasy draft when deciding between similarly ranked players.
